The only way we obtain your email address or name is if you provide it via feedback form or direct email communications.

What we do with the information we collect

We do not sell, trade or rent personal information about our visitors.
The information we collect about the Internet Service Provider (ISP) you are using is aggregated and used to determine the number of visitors to our site and the more frequently used ISPs. No detailed information that would identify you individually is gathered for creating site statistics.
Email addresses provided via feedback forms and direct email are used to reply to you, as appropriate. We may store email addresses of current patients of record for use in confirming appointments and the like.
