Payment and Insurance

Payment is expected at time of service. For your convenience, our office offers several payment options:

Cash or Personal Check
Credit Card - We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
Care Credit Medical/Dental Card - Care Credit offers 3, 6 and 12 month interest-free payment plans, and extended financing up to 48 months. Contact our office to apply.

Insurance:

Our office participates in Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey's Traditional Plan, New Jersey Delta's Premier Plan, Northeast-Southeast Dental Plan, and Cigna Radius PPO. Those patients with Horizon, Delta of NJ, and Cigna will be billed for their portion, if any, after the insurance carrier has made their payment on the claim. Northeast-Southeast Dental Plan patients receive a 20% courtesy deducted from standard office fees. To get more info about Northeast-Southeast Dental Plan or to join, click here.
If you are covered by any other plan, we ask that payment be made when services are rendered. Upon receipt of payment, a standard form will be given to you to use when submitting to your insurance carrier. If extensive treatment is required or special circumstances arise, we will be happy to make financial arrangements and process your claim.
Please bring all insurance information with you on your first visit. Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all, of the cost of your dental care. Most plans include coinsurance provisions, a deductible and certain other expenses which the patient is required to pay. Reimbursement amounts are not, and never have been, a guideline for quality care. We will work with you and your insurance company to ensure that you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled.
