Insurance:
Dental insurance
is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of your dental
care. Most plans include coinsurance provisions, a deductible
and certain other expenses which the patient is required to pay.
Reimbursement amounts are not, and never have been, a guideline
for quality care.
Our office
participates in Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey's
Traditional Plan, New Jersey Delta's Premier Plan, Cigna Radius
PPO and the Northeast-Southeast Dental Plan. Those patients with
Horizon, NJ Delta and Cigna will be billed for their portion,
if any, after the insurance carrier has made their payment on
the claim. Northeast-Southeast Dental Plan patients receive a
20% courtesy deducted from standard office fees. If you are covered
by any other plan, we can file most of those claims for you as
well, provided you can go out of network. For those patients with
no insurance coverage, we ask that payment be made when services
are rendered.. If extensive treatment is required or special circumstances
arise, we will be happy to make financial arrangements.

Payment:
For that
portion of costs not covered by insurance, our office offers several
payment options:
- Cash, Money
Order or Personal Check
- Credit
Cards: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
- Care
Credit Medical/Dental Card - Care Credit offers 3, 6 and
12 month interest-free payment plans, and extended financing
up to 48 months. Contact our office
