Payment and Insurance

Insurance:

Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of your dental care. Most plans include coinsurance provisions, a deductible and certain other expenses which the patient is required to pay. Reimbursement amounts are not, and never have been, a guideline for quality care.

We process many different types of insurance forms for our patients, and we will be happy to process your forms for you when you come in. In addition, we will be happy to do a complimentary benefits check for you to determine your coverage before you incur any charges. Please bring all the necessary information with you at your first appointment. If you have an insurance card, we will make a copy of it to keep in your records.

We have many patients who do not have any insurance coverage at all who choose to come to our office because they are happy with the excellent care they receive here. They choose one of our many payment options to take care of their charges.

Our office participates with DentalSave (formerly Northeast Southeast Dental Plan). Patients who are members receive a 25% courtesy deducted from our fees. For more information on how to join DentalSave, visit their website.

Payment:

For that portion of costs not covered by insurance, our office offers several payment options:

Cash, Money Order or Personal Check
Credit Cards: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
Care Credit Medical/Dental Card - Care Credit offers 3, 6 and 12 month interest-free payment plans, and extended financing up to 48 months. Contact our office to apply or click on the icon above to apply online.
