Talbot A. Sklar, D.D.S.

A Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Dr. Talbot A. Sklar has maintained an active practice in Edison, NJ for thirty two years.

Dr. Sklar graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Temple University School of Dentistry, and New York University School of Dentistry with a specialty in Pediatric Dentistry. He has advanced training and experience in child growth guidance and development, behavior management, pediatric orthodontics and laser dentistry.

Dr. Sklar's office is fully computerized and offers digitally assisted orthodontic diagnostics. The office is equipped with state of the art lasers to assist in diagnosis of early decay and preparations of tooth colored composite restorations.

Dr. Sklar is an attending dentist at John F. Kennedy Medical Center, Edison, NJ. In this capacity, Dr. Sklar is able to provide hospital dental care for patients under general anesthesia who, for various reasons, are unable to cope in a traditional office setting.

Dr. Sklar has lectured in local schools to both students and parent groups on various topics and to expectant parents at the JFK Lifestyle Institute on infant and prenatal dental care.

Dr. Sklar is available by pager in the event of an emergency after hours.
